Friends of the NCHS Bands Program

rene rosas

As far back as I can remember, fundraising has always been part of the band experience. When I was a high school student, my father was the Band Booster Club President. He was committed to finding ways of fundraising that would minimize the time the directors and students had to spend in this area, so we could put more effort into music making (and homework). It is in this spirit I make this offer to the Naperville Central High School Band Program. Naperville has been very good to me - and so has D. J. Alstadt and Scott Silder. This is my way of saying thank you and giving back to the community that has given me so much.

The Friends Program

In my capacity as a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage I would like to propose the following:

That any transaction I conclude, in which I represent either a buying or selling party that has identified themselves as a "Friend of the Naperville Central High School Bands/Spirits," I will donate 25% of my net commission to the NCHS Band Boosters.

An example of what that might mean: using an average home sale price of $300,000, and taking into account the variables in real estate mathematics; the donation to the band boosters would be between $937.50 to $1,125!

Caveats

And as with all good offers there is some "fine print." I am bound by the rules, guidelines, and by-laws set forth by the State of Illinois, The Office of Banks and Real Estate, The Realtor® Association of West/Southwest Chicagoland, and the NRT. To that end this offer depends on the following acknowledgments and conditions:

This offer may run for a one-year period, renewable year to year.

This offer recognized as being presented by an individual agent (René Rosas), and not by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, per se.

Relocation packages are of a different nature and the donation from René Rosas will reflect the percentages involved in this type of specialized transaction.
