French Horn

Carie Jancik has been playing horn professionally for 30 years. While in college, she played with Peoria Symphony. She then moved to Los Angeles. As a freelance musician in LA, she recorded several albums, performed on a weekly national TV broadcast, and played for Pope John Paul's visit to Los Angeles. While in California, she played with several organizations, including the San Jose Symphony, Orange County Philharmonic, and the LA Rams Pep Band.

Currently Carie plays principal horn with the South West Symphony. She is also a regular member with Bailey's Brass Quintet, Jedlicka Performing Arts Center and Salt Creek Sinfonietta. She also plays utility horn with Dupage
Symphony and Wheaton Symphony. She has been teaching horn in Naperville since 1999.
